The T-Bone is actually two steaks in one. One side of the bone yields a succulent and tender tenderloin (fillet), while the other side yields a flavourful striploin with a beautiful strip of fat. Matured and vacuum skin-packed, you will get a 2.5cm thick T-Bone with a nice big fillet, the bone-marrow intact, and a weight of around 550 grams.
