Isan sausage, also known as sai krok Isan, is a fermented sausage that originated in Thailand's northeastern provinces. Our delicious Isan  sausages are a true Thai classic that is made with prime cuts of pork shoulders and it contains over 90% of meat, with no MSG or preservatives.
It's a popular snack or side dish made from pork, rice, and other ingredients which include Rice, Garlic, Salt, Herbs, Lard, Pork skin, Coriander root, and Pepper.
 
When cooking Sai krok, you have a few options: You can fry them, grill, bake, or even  barbecue them. Important - don't prick them, as the casings keep the juices and flavor intact.
