Setting the standard for Boerewors, we use grassfed top-round beef (80%), hormone free pork (20%), tender brisket fat, salt, vinegar and coriander.
 
No sugar, MSG, artificial preservatives, colourants, breadcrumbs, starch or milk products are used.
